Dimitri McCreath is a Registered Kinesiologist and has worked with many different demographics including seniors, the partially sighted/legally blind, as well as cardiac and post stroke populations. He has also worked alongside physiotherapists to treat pre/post op clients, as well as athletes, in a rehabilitative setting.

With clients ranging from active to the elderly, Dimitri ensures to incorporate various movement patterns to provide a challenging workout. He takes a particular focus on the support muscle groups that are often neglected in order to help improve mobility, joint stability and balance. He believes adequate goal setting is necessary for proper fitness motivation. As such, Dimitri assesses each client’s health and wellness targets and turns them into reality by breaking them down into achievable steps.

Dimitri has taken his solid foundation in post-rehab fitness and currently implements it in his training programs with his clients. An attentive personal trainer, he finds the right cue to maximize the effectiveness of an exercise/stretch, builds personalized circuits to challenge his clients and ensures that you don’t leave a session without breaking a sweat!

Boris Blagoev

Boris Blagoev developed an affinity for health and wellness early in life while playing competitive sports and working out in high school. As such, it was only natural that he decide to pursue fitness as a career and attended York University where he completed the Kinesiology and Health Science program. While at York, Boris developed an interest in the application of fitness in aging adults after taking courses that explored recent research on how physical activity aids in lowering the risk of developing chronic diseases.

Boris’ friendly approach to fitness makes each session enjoyable and informative. He specializes in functional movement patterns and compound lifts, stretching/mobility, behaviour modification and relaxation techniques.

Boris enjoys playing intense sports such as squash and basketball, as well as experimenting with many different workouts, stretches, diets, and routines to maximize performance. He believes that challenging your body and exceeding your health and wellness expectations is something to strive for. Prepare for a challenging but truly rewarding fitness experience with Boris!

Hailey Frydman

Hailey Frydman graduated from York University in 2007 with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and Health Science but has been devoted to health and fitness as a life long journey. As a former competitive dancer, gymnast, dance teacher and gymnastics coach, fitness is more than a job for Hailey. It is a passion that she has fervently pursued as a career. 

Through working with patients recovering from sports related injuries she has gained practical experience in rehabilitative health & wellness in a clinical setting, as well as aiding clients in their pursuit of higher level fitness.

Hailey believes that fitness is important and something that should be a source of fun and enjoyment! As such, she personalizes each session to fit her clients to create a positive fitness experience. Whatever your health and wellness goals, Hailey will ensure that you not only reach them but that you also enjoy the journey.

Lauren Johnston

Lauren Johnston’s enthusiasm for health and fitness began in high school when she started choreography/cheerleading and dance. In developing her own approach to preparation, conditioning and performing, Lauren has naturally pursued a career in kinesiology with a focus on how individuals and couples can improve their functional and cardiovascular health. She completed an honours degree in Kinesiology at Brock University in 2014, later earning a Masters in Fitness Science at York University.

Lauren is a caring and dedicated registered kinesiologist and takes a personalized approach to each client by assessing, correcting and helping to maintain health and wellness goals. She has a wealth of experience in various specialized weight loss cases such as diabetes, hypertension, chronic health issues, and joint & muscular pain. Her approach to fitness focuses on the fundamentals by addressing functional imbalances such as repairing unilateral and bilateral functionality, maintaining proper posture, and correcting spinal problems. 

With her personal experience and academic training in fitness and rehabilitative health, Lauren will help you to overcome your fitness obstacles to achieve an optimal balance of wellness that will aid you in developing a more well-rounded and enjoyable lifestyle.
